Account Executive, MidMarket

In this exciting role, you will play a key part in driving growth and customer acquisition as a Mid-Market Account Executive. As you work closely with potential clients, you will develop a deep understanding of their needs and preferences, using this knowledge to craft compelling sales strategies that consistently meet and exceed targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within the mid-market segment, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their challenges and developing tailored sales strategies to address these needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sales efforts with product development, marketing, and customer success initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, industry developments, and competitor activity, using this knowledge to inform sales approaches and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Participate in regular sales meetings, providing insights and updates on sales progress, identifying areas for improvement, and suggesting solutions to challenges.
  • Contribute to the ongoing development of the sales team, sharing expertise, best practices, and lessons learned to help drive growth and success.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • A proven track record of success in mid-market sales, with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage with decision-makers at all levels.
  • A deep understanding of sales strategies, processes, and technologies, with the ability to stay up-to-date with changing market trends and industry developments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make informed, data-driven decisions.
  • A collaborative mindset, with a willingness to work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve sales goals and drive business growth.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines under pressure.
