We're seeking a highly driven and consultative Account Executive to join our Mid-Market sales team. As a trusted advisor to HR and business leaders, you'll develop deep expertise in the Lattice Talent Suite and broader trends across People Strategy. Your exceptional sales skills and ability to build strong customer relationships will propel our next phase of growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close for Mid-Market organisations, delivering a high-quality customer experience throughout.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly new business goals through proactive and targeted strategies.
- Generate pipeline through strong outbound prospecting, including research and outreach efforts.
- Build and maintain a disciplined pipeline through timely follow-up, deal management, and forecasting.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales narratives that highlight the value of Lattice's solutions.
- Navigate complex stakeholder landscapes to secure buy-in and drive successful outcomes.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in the Mid-Market or Enterprise segment.
- Strong understanding of HR technology and People Strategy trends.
- Proven ability to excel in fast-paced environments, manage multiple priorities, and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Must be a self-starter with a strong work ethic, disciplined approach, and entrepreneurial spirit.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate complex sales cycles and negotiate successful outcomes.
