Key Responsibilities:

  • Source net-new customers and generate revenue in the upmarket segment
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive upsell opportunities and expand Brex's presence within their organization
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and deliver on customer needs
  • Utilize sales tools and systems to streamline the sales process and optimize performance
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to inform sales strategy and positioning
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and deliver results-driven sales performance
  • Contribute to the development of sales processes and procedures to drive continuous improvement and excellence

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of sales experience in a B2B environment, preferably in the fintech or financial services sector
  • Proven track record of successfully sourcing and closing new business opportunities
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on driving results and delivering value
  • Familiarity with sales tools and systems, such as CRM software and sales automation platforms
