Account Executive Large Enterprise - DACH

As a Large Enterprise Account Executive at Okta, you will drive business growth and deliver complex solutions to customers. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute account strategies to drive customer adoption and growth, leveraging Okta's Workforce and Customer identity cloud offerings.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, to understand business needs and identify opportunities for value creation.
  • Build and execute account plans, including customer strategy, financials, pains, objectives, and stakeholders, to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Proactively drive top-of-funnel activity through Inmails, events, networking, and other creative avenues to maintain a healthy pipeline and meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with Sales Development (SDR's & BDR's), Marketing, and the Partner ecosystem to identify and pursue new logo opportunities.
  • Upsell and cross-sell existing customers to increase revenue and expand Okta's presence within the customer's organization.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably in the cloud security or identity and access management space.
  • Proven track record of success in driving business growth and delivering complex solutions to customers.
  • Strong understanding of sales strategies, including account planning, pipelines, and forecasting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand and analyze customer needs and identify opportunities for value creation.
  • Proficiency in sales tools, including CRM systems and sales analytics platforms.
