We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to spearhead sales strategies and expand Stripe's presence in existing enterprise accounts. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building long-term relationships, and navigating complex commercial negotiations. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to expand Stripe's revenue and drive growth
  • Owning the full sales cycle, from business case development to deal structuring and negotiating to close
  • Cross-selling into existing customer accounts to drive expansion and new revenue streams
  • Driving deal strategy and commercial negotiations for large and complex renewals
  • Building strong relationships with executive stakeholders within your book of business
  • Analyzing customer needs and developing solutions to drive business value and satisfaction
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to align on technical and business requirements

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in enterprise sales
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with executive stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze customer needs and develop solutions
  • Knowledge of financial markets and services, with a strong understanding of payment systems
  • Proficiency in CRM software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot
