Account Executive, Enterprise

Are you a sales expert with a passion for design and collaboration? Do you thrive in building strong relationships and driving revenue growth in the enterprise space? We're seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to join our team at Figma, where you'll play a critical role in driving sales and maximizing revenue with our Enterprise customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create a high-performing pipeline of Enterprise accounts to consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Apply effective discovery and value-selling techniques to build and strengthen relationships with key decision-makers in new and existing customers.
- Align with executives on business challenges and gain sponsorship for enterprise-wide deployments of our product suite.
- Conduct thorough analysis to create strategic account plans that outline company priorities and initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell Figma's products and services to grow revenue and expand our footprint within Enterprise customers.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and maximize revenue growth.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of sales experience in the software industry, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Deep understanding of the design and collaboration spaces, with a passion for staying current on industry trends and innovations.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to effectively partner with cross-functional teams and executive-level decision-makers.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex business needs and develop creative solutions to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
- BA/BS degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field (or equivalent experience).
