Account Executive, Enterprise
Brex is hiring a top-performing Account Executive to join our rapidly expanding sales team. This role is ideal for a seasoned sales professional looking to drive growth and accelerate revenue in the Enterprise segment. As a key member of our sales team, you will have the opportunity to work with some of the world's most innovative companies and make a significant impact on the company's bottom line.
Key Responsibilities
- Determine net new sales opportunities, develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth in the Enterprise segment
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, driving upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize revenue retention
- Develop and execute complex sales campaigns to target high-potential deals, leveraging industry knowledge and business acumen to close large deals
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and customer success, to identify new opportunities and drive growth
- Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets, with a strong focus on achieving and maintaining a high level of client satisfaction
- Staying up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity, identifying opportunities to differentiate Brex and stay ahead of the competition
- Maintaining accurate sales forecast and CRM data, ensuring seamless communication with internal stakeholders and leadership
Requirements & Qualifications
- 5+ years of sales experience, with a proven track record of success inEnterprise software sales or equivalent industry experience
- Strong understanding of the Enterprise software landscape and key market trends
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex value propositions to both technical and business stakeholders
- Ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including customer success, marketing, and product teams
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and adapt to changing priorities and requirements
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex sales data and identify opportunities for growth and improvement
