As an Account Executive, you will be at the forefront of driving revenue growth and expanding Brex's reach into the Enterprise segment. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers, identifying new opportunities, and delivering high-impact results. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and expand Brex's presence in the Enterprise segment.
- Billy relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at Enterprise companies to understand their needs and identify opportunities.
- Present Brex's value proposition to Enterprise customers and negotiate agreements that meet their needs and drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute account plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, referrals, and partnerships.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategy and approach.
Requirements & Qualifications
- 5+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets.
- Experience selling complex solutions to Enterprise customers, with a strong understanding of their needs and pain points.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and develop insights to inform sales strategy.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to persuade and influence customers to purchase Brex's products and services.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
