Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue large enterprise opportunities to drive revenue growth
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to acquire new customers and expand relationships with existing ones
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at target accounts
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and customer success, to drive sales pipeline growth
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to inform sales strategies
  • Analyze sales performance and adjust tactics to meet and exceed revenue targets
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Brex's products and services to effectively communicate value to customers

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in a SaaS or fintech company
  • Proven track record of overperforming sales targets and achieving revenue growth
  • Deep understanding of sales principles, negotiation techniques, and account management strategies
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment and build strong relationships with cross-functional teams
