Figma is looking for a motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our Berlin team. As an Emerging Enterprise Account Executive, you'll play a critical role in driving sales growth and building strong relationships with key stakeholders within Enterprise accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build a strong sales pipeline while exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets through strategic sales activities.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure sales effectiveness and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within Enterprise accounts to drive adoption and growth.
  • Be part of a team dedicated to promoting Figma to existing and new customers, showcasing the value of our platform.
  • Contribute to the development of strategies and processes that support customer-facing teams at Figma.
  • Develop and execute targeted sales campaigns to capture new opportunities and expand our customer base.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the software industry.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving growth.
  • Strong understanding of the Enterprise software market and its trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
