Key Responsibilities
- Drive Adoption: Fuel business growth by identifying and capitalizing on strategic opportunities to deploy Elastic solutions.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers to develop and execute customized sales strategies.

- Develop and manage sales plans to drive revenue growth and expansion.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in a software or technology environment.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expansion within Enterprise Accounts.
- Strong understanding of data analytics, AI, search, observability, and security technologies.
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills to effectively engage with C-level executives.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision and a high level of autonomy.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies and business models.
- Possess a strong understanding of business operations and market trends.
