Key Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with prospective users and drive growth in the Greater China region.
  • Engage in business-level and technical conversations with CTOs, COOs, and CFOs to understand business needs and tailor Stripe solutions.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to target mid-market and enterprise companies in the region.
  • Lead complex, multi-party sales in a highly consultative manner and build value in competitive situations.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitors, and product developments to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine sales processes and materials.
  • Prospect and lead sales cycles independently from start to finish, with a focus on growth and customer success.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in business-to-business (B2B) sales, preferably in the fintech or software industry.
  • Demonstrated success in sales and business development in the Greater China region, with a strong network and relationships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical and business concepts.
  • Strong understanding of the buyer journey and sales process, with experience in managing complex sales cycles.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or finance.
  • Knowledge of Chinese market trends, regulations, and competitors.
