Ambitious Sales Professional Wanted - Enterprise Account Executive Role

We're seeking an experienced and driven Account Executive to join our growing team in Singapore. As our new Enterprise Account Executive, you'll play a key role in driving new business sales in the Indonesia region. You'll work closely with a talented team to expand our customer base and deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with our APAC teams, including Sales Development Representatives, Solutions Engineers, Customer Success Managers, Partners, and Marketing to drive new business sales
Develop and execute sales strategies to accelerate growth in the Indonesia region
Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions
Create and manage sales plans, forecasting revenue, and monitoring sales performance
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and alignment on sales goals
Evaluate and improve the sales process to optimize efficiency and productivity
Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities

Requirements & Qualifications

Minimum 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in a B2B software or technology company
Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving targets
Strong understanding of sales best practices and process
Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a high-performance team
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales data analysis
