Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Mexican market to expand Twilio's presence and drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients to understand their communication needs and tailor Twilio's solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to ensure seamless customer onboarding and support.
  • Conduct market research and stay up-to-date on industry trends to stay ahead of the competition and drive business innovation.
  • Develop and execute business plans to achieve sales targets and deliver against quarterly and annual goals.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by delivering value-added solutions and demonstrating a deep understanding of customers' needs.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales progress, and pipeline performance.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in a software-as-a-service or communication technology company.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong understanding of the Mexican market and a deep network of contacts within the industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
