We're on the hunt for a highly motivated Account Development Representative to join our team in Mexico City. As an ADR, you'll play a crucial role in identifying and qualifying new opportunities for our sales organization. With our hybrid working model and a culture that encourages growth and enablement, this is an ideal role for anyone looking to launch or accelerate their sales career.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify high-potential businesses across regions that would benefit from MongoDB's solutions.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to develop and execute inbound and outbound campaigns, from idea generation to qualified calls.
  • Develop in-depth sales and product knowledge to effectively communicate with IT and business decision-makers.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with IT and business stakeholders to understand their needs and develop targeted solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform strategic sales decisions.
  • Work closely with the Sales Enablement organization to develop and refine sales processes and materials.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • 2+ years of sales or account management experience, preferably in a software or technology sales role.
  • Proven track record of identifying and qualifying new opportunities, with a strong understanding of sales pipelines and funnels.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, such as Salesforce, and experience with sales analytics and reporting tools.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
