Key Responsibilities
- Work with the Account Development Manager and cross-functional teams to create strategic targets and identify new business opportunities, with a focus on expansion deals and upselling existing customers.
- Develop and execute campaigns to prospect and nurture leads through the sales pipeline, ensuring a seamless handoff to the sales team.
- Conduct business dealings with prospects in a way that creates a superior customer experience, setting the stage for future product sales and customer loyalty.
- Collaborate with the sales enablement team to develop and refine sales materials, pitches, and presentations that meet the needs of our target audience.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends, competitor activity, and market analysis to inform sales strategies and tactics.
- Maintain accurate and timely records of sales activity, including pipeline updates, customer interactions, and sales performance metrics.
Requirements & Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in sales, account management, business development, or a related field, preferably in the software or technology industry.
- Strong understanding of the sales process, including prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, prospects, and cross-functional team members.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse communication styles and preferences.
- High level of proficiency in CRM software, Google Workspace, and other productivity tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop insights to inform sales strategies.
- Fluency in German and ability to communicate effectively in written and verbal form.
