Account Development Representative, Arabic Speaking
At MongoDB, our Account Development team works closely with our partners in both Sales and Marketing to build fanatical customer enthusiasm around MongoDB.
Join our dynamic sales team at MongoDB as an Account Development Representative, where you'll play a crucial role in identifying and qualifying new business opportunities for our sales organization. Key Responsibilities
- Identify high-potential businesses that would be a good fit to work with MongoDB across your region, using your market knowledge and research skills.
- Develop and lead inbound and outbound campaigns from idea-generation through to qualified call, working closely with the Sales team.
- Build strong sales and product knowledge to effectively communicate the value proposition of MongoDB to our target customers.
- Collaborate with our Sales Enablement team to stay up-to-date on the latest market trends, competitor analysis, and sales best practices.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment across the organization and drive business growth.
- Continuously refine and improve our sales strategies to drive pipeline growth and revenue.
Requirements & Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in a business-to-business (B2B) environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
- Fluent Arabic language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in written and verbal forms.
- A strong understanding of sales principles, including pipeline management and sales forecasting.
