We're on a mission to make design accessible to all, and we're looking for a strategic thinker to help us achieve this goal. As a Strategic Account Executive, you'll play a critical role in driving sales and maximizing expansion opportunities within one of our top accounts, Accenture. This is an exciting opportunity to accelerate your career and build an incredible network of cross-functional partners throughout Figma.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Accenture to consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Apply effective discovery and value-selling techniques to build and strengthen C-level relationships.
- Align with executives on business challenges and gain sponsorship for enterprise wide deployments for a suite of products.
- Conduct thorough analysis to create strategic account plans that outline company priorities and initiatives.
- Co-create with cross-functional partners to expertly position Figma and drive deal closure.
- Develop and implement tailored sales strategies to maximize expansion opportunities.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in strategic account management with a strong focus on sales growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at a C-level.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Strong knowledge of sales principles, techniques, and best practices.
