As our Global Public Sector Account-Based Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in crafting and executing ABM programs that accelerate revenue outcomes and drive business growth. This is an exciting opportunity to combine your passion for marketing, sales, and customer success to navigate the complexities of government buying cycles and deliver high-impact results.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute 1:1 and 1:few ABM programs aligned to PubSec account clusters by agency type and buying group.
  • Lead account-level planning sessions with PubSec sales and customer success teams to define agency priorities, mission outcomes, and campaign objectives.
  • Develop and execute personalized content and messaging that resonates with senior government decision-makers and drives pipeline contribution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and customer success, to fuel significant revenue outcomes.
  • Analyze campaign performance and develop data-driven insights to optimize ABM strategies and improve ROI.
  • Navigate complex government procurement processes and build relationships with key stakeholders to ensure successful deployments.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in account-based marketing, with a proven track record of delivering high-impact ABM programs.
  • Deep understanding of government buying cycles, procurement processes, and the importance of compliance and trust.
  • Exceptional writing, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives that resonate with senior decision-makers.
  • Data-driven approach to marketing, with experience in tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, or HubSpot.
  • Proven ability to navigate complex ecosystems and build relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
